Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts receivable/payable, monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and handling the payroll process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and other documents
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, review invoices for accuracy
• Monitor cash flow on a daily basis
• Analyze financial data to identify potential areas of risk or improvement
• Develop budgets to track income/expenses and ensure compliance with established goals
• Handle payroll process including calculating wages/taxes
• Assist in preparing year-end tax documents
• Liaise with internal/external auditors during the audit process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance role in a similar organization
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as relevant accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers an annual salary of 1400 with comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance coverage.
