Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesman for a full-time position in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and services and achieving specific sales goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently, have a positive attitude, and have the capability to learn quickly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/marketing
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals
• Proven customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Immigrant status is acceptable (if applicable)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
• Develop strategies to increase sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels; provide feedback to management on customer needs or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities using CRM software.
• Regularly research industry trends, competition, products/services available etc., to stay informed of market conditions.
• Coordinate promotional activities such as trade shows or special events that enhance the company’s image or product visibility.
