Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring our team of employees while ensuring they are meeting performance goals and upholding company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with both staff and management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned team
• Set clear objectives, goals, and performance expectations for employees
• Monitor employee attendance, work performance, and productivity
• Ensure all company policies are followed
• Provide guidance and support to employees when needed
• Provide feedback on employee performance through regular one-on-one meetings
• Address any employee issues or grievances in a timely manner
• Identify areas of improvement to address any weaknesses in the team’s performance
• Support the development of new processes as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 3+ years' experience as a Supervisor or Manager with direct reports; retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Solid understanding of HR principles & practices; knowledge of local labor laws is an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Salary: 1400 KD
