Salary: 1000/month

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are ready to consider an immigrant and/or a person without experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage personnel and motivate staff members

Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily operations of the business including customer service, staff performance, inventory control, budgeting, etc.
• Ensure that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise staff members and provide guidance as needed
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to higher authorities as appropriate
• Establish performance goals for staff members and monitor their progress

Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful supervisory experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem solving skills with ability to think quickly on your feet
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well with different types of people
