We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Secretary in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and transfer calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
• Draft letters, memos, reports, emails, etc., when required.
• Maintain filing systems for all documents related to the office administration tasks.
• Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying documents, ordering supplies when needed, etc..
• Monitor incoming mail and emails on a daily basis.
