Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will earn a salary of 1300 and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and multicultural team.

The role of the Supervisor is to manage staff and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Supervisor must be able to communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

The Supervisor’s duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervising staff and providing guidance or training when needed;
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time;
• Monitoring employee performance;
• Implementing company policies;
• Resolving any customer complaints or issues;
• Developing new strategies for increasing efficiency;
• Preparing reports on staff performance;
• Liaising with other departments as required.
