Merchandiser – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and product merchandising and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and clients
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, create forecasts, and develop strategic plans to meet sales goals
• Create and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales
• Monitor stock levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure that products are adequately stocked
• Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, labeled, sized, colored, etc. according to company standards
• Collaborate with store managers on product placement within the store layout
• Create displays for special events or seasonal changes in the store
• Provide reports on inventory levels, sales performance, etc.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Merchandiser in the retail sector
• Knowledge of retail merchandising processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills with vendors and customers alike
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word)
