Executive Chef job in Jabal-Ali UAE
Jabal-Ali is seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our excellent team of professionals. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall culinary operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, quality control, and staff supervision.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume environment and must have knowledge of international cuisine. We are open to considering foreign applications for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Plan menus and ensure that all dishes are prepared with the highest quality ingredients
• Oversee food production from start to finish, ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly
• Develop new menu items and suggest innovative ideas to keep current menu offerings fresh and exciting
• Supervise kitchen personnel to ensure efficient operation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and create purchasing lists
• Monitor food costs while maximizing quality output
Salary: 1200/month
