Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Secretary for our office in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1400, and we are ready to consider a foreigner for the role.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and performing a variety of tasks in order to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and responding to inquiries
- Answering phones, taking messages and responding to queries
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Preparing documents, reports, memos, presentations, letters etc.
- Handling incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes
- Filing documents in appropriate folders/databases
- Managing diaries and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a secretary or in a related role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills
