Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering them to students in an effective manner, and evaluating student progress. You will be teaching classes in the English language to students between ages 5-18. The salary will be 1500 KD per month.

Responsibilities
• Develop lesson plans that are creative and engaging
• Deliver instruction in the English language
• Monitor student progress on a regular basis
• Utilize appropriate teaching methods which are appropriate for the age group of the students
• Assess student performance with tests or other evaluation tools
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences
• Maintain communication with parents about their child’s progress

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field of study
• At least 3 years of teaching experience (preferably within the English language)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Ability to create lesson plans that are effective for different age groups
• Desire to help young learners reach their full potential
