Job Description:

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring a smooth overall functioning of the office. This includes managing day-to-day tasks, organizing meetings and taking care of correspondence.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills. They should also be highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The role requires excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of other software programs may be an advantage. We are also looking for someone with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary: 1000 KWD per month
