Merchandiser Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to manage the merchandise supply chain and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the supply chain process from purchase order to delivery of products.
β’ Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for replenishment or product rotation.
β’ Source new suppliers for better pricing, quality or delivery times.
β’ Develop relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Ensure products meet safety, quality, and customer standards.
β’ Monitor customer satisfaction levels and resolve any complaints quickly.
β’ Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales trends, stock movements, and other relevant information.
β’ Maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and other related activities.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers quickly.
β’ Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation techniques, product pricing strategies, shipping requirements, etc.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
β’ Good knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Salary: 1600 AED monthly
