Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties will include responding to customer inquiries, researching products and services, maintaining sales records, recommending product improvements or changes, monitoring customer complaints, and completing all necessary administrative tasks.

Requirements for Candidate

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers in a professional manner. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Bilingualism is an asset.
