Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The candidate should have excellent culinary skills and be able to lead the kitchen staff in creating a variety of sophisticated dishes. Salary is 1700.

Job Description

• Manage, plan, prepare and direct food operations.


• Develop recipes, menus and meal plans for the restaurant.


• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.


• Maintain high standards of quality control for all ingredients used in the kitchen.


• Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper culinary techniques.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.



• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role.



• Experience in leading a team of culinary professionals.



• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.



• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
