Restaurant Manager for Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to run our new restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in the restaurant industry and be willing to work hard to make our new venture a success. The position comes with a salary of 1000 and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure that all standards are met.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior service, quality food, and efficient problem solving.

Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline.

Develop strategies to increase customer base and grow sales revenue.

Analyze financial data and create reports for management on sales trends.

Handle customer complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
