Accountant in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations and providing accurate financial reports to our stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in the field and possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.

Job Summary

The Accountant will work closely with the CFO to monitor the company’s financial performance. The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing business trends, and providing insights into improving profitability. Other duties include but are not limited to preparing taxes, payroll processing, creating audit reports, monitoring cash flow statements, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts and assisting with other day-to-day accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of five years of experience working in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
