We are currently looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in office work and will be rewarded with a salary of 1500. We are open to considering individuals from abroad.
Requirements:
• At least two years of office experience
• Must be comfortable working in an international environment
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and related software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, take messages, direct calls, and respond to inquiries from clients or other departments.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, events, etc. as requested by the department head or management team.
• Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed.
• Maintain electronic filing systems for all documents related to the department activities.
• Prepare reports for the department head or management team as requested.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, etc.
