Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, as well as managing staff and customer relations. You must have excellent organizational and management skills to ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service, ensure quality standards are met, and manage all operational aspects of the restaurant. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 KD per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Recruit, train and manage staff
• Develop menus and manage food/beverage inventory
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints or issues
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong organizational & leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
