Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, superior communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly detail-oriented. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700. We are open to considering foreign applicants as well.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily office operations and procedures
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain filing systems
• Manage and update calendars
• Book travel arrangements for staff members
• Greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate office or person
• Prepare outgoing mail
• Keep accurate records of office expenses and costs
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of secretarial experience (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
