Job Title: Barista

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and will be able to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks with a high level of accuracy. We welcome applications from immigrants as well.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a barista in a coffee shop or café
• Ability to prepare and serve espresso based beverages and other popular drinks like cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of commercial espresso machines and grinders
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to multi-task while keeping up with the demand of customers
• Good problem solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
