We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, and helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and take messages or direct calls to appropriate parties
• Maintain electronic filing system and update databases
• Create letters and documents as requested by supervisors or other personnel
• Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High School degree or equivalent qualification required; college degree preferred • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Knowledge of clerical processes including filing systems, record keeping principles etc. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal direction • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines

• Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment • Must be available for flexible working hours when needed • Must have the ability to work well under pressure
