Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be willing to consider an immigrant. The salary for this position is 1100.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail
• Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and databases
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information discretely
• Prepare financial reports as needed
• Serve as point of contact between executive staff and external parties
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
