Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, with a particular focus on assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a good understanding of office management systems and procedures. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients
• Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
• Prepare memos, reports, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
• Process invoices and order supplies when necessary
• Maintain filing systems for employee records, client information, contracts, etc.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an office setting is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) is required
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Salary: 1300 per month
