Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and external stakeholders.
The Secretary will need to have excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. He or she should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
The successful Secretary will be required to greet visitors, answer phones, manage incoming emails and documents, create memos and reports as needed, schedule meetings and appointments, maintain filing systems both electronic and paper-based, order office supplies as needed, prepare agendas for meetings with clients and other related duties when required.
The successful candidate should possess at least two years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in Arabic is essential for this position.
