Position: Secretary

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1200 KD per month

Job Duties:
• Manage daily office operations, including filing and record-keeping
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries to appropriate staff members
• Organize and schedule meetings for staff members and other guests as needed
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, etc. as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Ability to take initiative in completing tasks with minimal supervision
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
