Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Teacher to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching elementary-level classes in a variety of subjects. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 and are open to considering foreign applicants. The ideal candidate should be able to create a friendly and engaging learning environment for the students.

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, as well as relevant teaching certification. Additionally, it is preferred that the candidate has experience teaching elementary level classes. The successful applicant should possess excellent organizational skills, have strong communication abilities, and be able to foster an environment of mutual respect among students. Proficiency with technology is also desired; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Teacher will be to develop and deliver appropriate lessons and assessments that are aligned with curricular standards. This includes preparing lesson plans in advance, designing instructional resources, creating assessments, providing feedback on student performance, and developing a growth mindset among students that will help them become lifelong learners. In addition to this, the Teacher will be expected to maintain discipline in the classroom by implementing school policies while also providing guidance and support to students both inside and outside the classroom setting. Furthermore, it is important for the Teacher to stay up-to-date on educational resources in order to ensure quality instruction as well as maintain open communication with parents/guardians about student progress.
