Job Summary:
We are currently looking to hire a Welder for Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should be able to perform welding work in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety, while meeting the project deadlines. The position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month. We are considering hiring foreign candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Welder will be responsible for performing welding operations on various metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys. This includes welding in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions in order to meet specific project requirements. The Welder is also responsible for examining welds to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. Other duties may include operating hand tools or machines related to welding processes; cutting metal pieces with torches or grinders; fabricating metal structures; measuring components with precision measuring instruments; assembling parts or components; interpreting blueprints as well as other technical drawings; maintaining welding equipment in proper working condition; adhering to safety regulations in the workplace; keeping accurate records of materials used and products created; providing assistance during assembly operations when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent along with 3-5 years of experience as a welder. A certification from an accredited welding school is highly desirable but not required. The successful candidate should possess excellent manual dexterity as well as a strong eye-hand coordination. They should also have knowledge of flame cutting processes such as oxyacetylene cutting (OXY-CUT). They must be able to read blueprints or other technical drawings accurately in order to determine the specific welding requirements of each job. Knowledge of different metals and alloys is also necessary along with the ability to select appropriate filler materials for each job according to application requirements. Additionally, the Welder should possess good communication skills both written and verbal in order to interact effectively with supervisors and team members. Finally, they must be able to complete projects within specified deadlines while adhering strictly to safety regulations at all times
