Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in the field and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, such as filing documents, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and other clerical duties. The successful candidate will have an excellent work ethic and be reliable in order to ensure efficient operations.

Demands for the Candidate:
• At least three years of experience as a Secretary.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• Must be a team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours if needed.
• Open to hiring an immigrant with valid visa documents.
