We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with the ability to motivate a team. You will be responsible for making sure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to ensure that targets are met, resources are utilized effectively, finances are managed responsibly, and customer service is of the highest standard.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or retail industries. We welcome applications from immigrants who can demonstrate the necessary skills and experience to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Developing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives

- Managing day-to-day operations of the business, including staff management, customer service, sales and finance

- Overseeing recruitment process by interviewing potential candidates

- Ensuring quality standards are met across all services provided by the company

- Analysing financial data and producing regular reports for senior management

- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback where necessary

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

- At least 3 years’ experience managing teams in a hospitality or retail environment (preferred)

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
