HR Manager Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department while collaborating with other departments to ensure that organizational goals are achieved. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing staff performance, recruiting and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, preparing reports and budgeting. Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies in line with organizational goals
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, background checks
• Create and update employee records
• Monitor staff performance and attendance
• Prepare reports on employee turnover rate, benefits utilization, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts
• Evaluate training programs effectiveness by collecting feedback from employees
• Prepare budget for the department
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of employment law regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written • Strong interpersonal & problem-solving abilities • Ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) • Self-motivated & organized
