We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. You will be required to take meeting minutes, manage correspondence and filing systems, answer phone calls, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate day-to-day activities. You will also be responsible for carrying out general administrative duties such as data entry and document preparation.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Additionally, you must possess strong attention to detail as well as excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). The ability to multi-task effectively is also essential.
