Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-At least two years of administrative experience preferred but not required
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

Job Duties:

-Manage daily office operations such as filing documents, organizing documents etc. -Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, making travel arrangements etc. -Provide administrative support to management team as needed -Answer phone calls and emails from customers/clients in a professional manner -Process invoices/payments in a timely manner -Maintain office equipment and supplies -Perform any other duties as assigned
