We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position offers a salary of 1800 and we are open to considering immigrant candidates.
The successful candidate will be working with the company in a professional capacity, providing efficient administrative support to the internal team. This position requires someone who is dependable and able to multitask and prioritize workloads.

The responsibilities of this role include: answering calls, responding to emails, taking detailed minutes of meetings, filing paperwork, organizing events, managing calendars, arranging travel and accommodation for staff members, preparing documents and presentations as requested by management.
To be eligible for the role you should have at least three years’ experience in secretarial work or administrative support roles. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential to this position. To excel in this role you should have exceptional interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have an eye for detail.
