Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Teacher to join our staff at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects to students from diverse backgrounds. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 with the possibility of growth and development. We are open to considering applicants from abroad that have minimal work experience in teaching.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Teacher will be to provide quality lessons, lectures, and activities to their students that will help them learn effectively. This includes developing lesson plans that adhere to curriculum standards, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback and support for struggling students. Additionally, the Teacher should ensure that all classroom activities align with safety regulations and educational policies as well as maintain an orderly learning environment by monitoring student behavior throughout the day.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and engage students in learning activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred but not required; however, previous teaching experience (even if minimal) is highly desired. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in curriculum planning, classroom management techniques, assessment methods, and technology-based learning tools. Applicants must also possess strong organizational skills and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
