Job Description:
As Secretary, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Provide administrative support to the office team
-Handle phone calls and emails from customers or prospects -Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets as required by management -Organize meetings and manage calendars as needed -Maintain filing systems and records up to date
