We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our organization in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300. Candidate must have 3 years of experience in administrative work.

The primary duties and responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant position include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to management, providing customer service, answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining office files and records, preparing reports and presentations, performing data entry tasks, developing and implementing office procedures, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general office support as needed.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and be able to multitask effectively. The candidate should also be proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel), have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We are open to consider foreigners for this position.
