HR manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Al-Kuwait is looking for an HR Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about Human Resources and helping to create a positive, productive working environment.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or related field and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our HR strategies, managing the recruitment process, creating effective employee relations, developing training programs, developing compensation plans and benefits packages, initiating and implementing employee performance reviews, overseeing payroll processes, initiating disciplinary action when necessary, providing leadership development training and coaching employees as well as other duties assigned. The HR Manager should have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees across all levels of the organization.

The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We are open to considering foreign candidates with relevant experience. Salary for this position is 1400 per month.
