Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering lessons to students and assessing their progress. You will also provide a safe learning environment that fosters the development of each student. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and engage students, and be committed to helping them reach their educational goals. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Job Duties:

The main duty of the Teacher is to plan and deliver engaging lessons to students while assessing their progress. You will also provide feedback on student performance, as well as help them develop better study strategies to improve their educational outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development projects and ensure that the classroom remains orderly. In addition, you may be required to supervise classes or other activities outside of school hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any related field along with teaching certification from an accredited institution. Further qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate students, and experience in developing lesson plans tailored for different levels of learners. Proficiency with computers is essential for this role as well as experience using digital learning tools such as online quizzes or video lectures. Finally, the successful applicant should have a deep understanding of teaching methods and techniques that can help foster student engagement in the classroom setting.
