Secretary job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are currently seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1100 KD per month.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the HR Department, as well as managing daily activities and performing clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner
• Take messages, screen calls, and provide general information to callers
• Manage daily activities of the HR department including filing documents, maintaining records, and scheduling meetings/appointments
• Maintain files for each employee including personnel records, job applications, resumes, etc.
• Perform general administrative duties such as copying documents, faxing documents, preparing correspondence for signature
• Assist with recruitment process by screening resumes/applications to ensure they meet criteria
• Assist with organizing training sessions or workshops for employees
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings when required
• Handle travel arrangements for staff members as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a secretary or in an administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Powerpoint)
