Job Description:
As the HR Manager at Al-Kuwait you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures related to personnel management. You will be in charge of recruiting new employees and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. Additionally, you will monitor employee performance reviews, administer payroll processes, develop training programs, handle employee grievances, manage compensation plans, and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Knowledge of labor laws & employment regulations
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
