We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources department, including recruiting, onboarding and training new employees, administering employee benefits programs, and managing staff relations.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the company's overall HR performance. This includes designing recruitment processes and procedures that meet the company's needs; developing performance management systems; creating a strong organizational culture; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, negotiating salaries and benefits packages, and making hiring decisions. You will also ensure that all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
In addition to recruiting duties, you will oversee employee relations issues such as labor disputes or grievances. You will also be responsible for administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance plans or retirement plans. Finally, you will act as a mentor to employees by providing guidance on career development or resolving workplace conflicts.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in human resources management or a related field. They should possess excellent organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations is also required in order to ensure compliance with federal labor laws governing wages, hours worked, overtime pay rates, safety standards, etc. Additionally, this position requires a high degree of computer proficiency including experience using software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). A Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred but not required for this position
