• Bachelor’s degree in Beauty/Cosmetology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality beauty treatments
• Knowledge of modern beauty trends and techniques
• Flexibility to work various hours and days when needed
• Ability to work well with a team environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
