We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. You will work closely with all departments to coordinate tasks and manage day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scheduling
• Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Monitor office supplies and order new supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1600/Month
