Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organization by performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, answering phones, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
