The primary responsibilities of the Supervisor will include ensuring that tasks are completed on time and up to standard, providing guidance to staff members about their duties, taking on additional projects when needed, providing feedback on staff performance, taking initiative when needed, resolving any conflicts that may arise between staff members or departments, delegating tasks when appropriate, attending meetings with other supervisors or managers to discuss progress and strategies, and serving as a mentor for junior staff members.
