Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for leading, motivating and developing teams to achieve the highest standards of performance. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, people management and problem-solving skills.

The Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the organization. This includes providing day-to-day supervision of staff, overseeing the completion of day-to-day tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and monitoring employee performance. The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is met, as well as scheduling shifts and assigning daily tasks. Additionally, the Supervisor should have a good understanding of company policies and procedures in order to effectively handle any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal direction. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreigners for this role with a competitive salary of 1600 KD per month offered upon hire.
