Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with local regulations. In this role, you will also provide financial analysis and support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Perform a variety of accounting tasks including accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, budgeting and forecasting
-Provide assistance to management with financial planning and decision making
-Conduct compliance reviews to ensure compliance with established internal controls
-Assist in the development of processes to improve the efficiency of accounting operations
-Ensure accuracy in the recording of transactions in the general ledger
-Participate in special projects as required.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-At least one year of related experience is preferred but not required
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
-Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of GAAP principles
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Peachtree
