Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Secretary to join our company in Al-Kuwait. As a Secretary at our company, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, filing documents, preparing reports, maintaining databases, etc. You should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task efficiently while paying close attention to detail. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Arabic as well as knowledge of basic office equipment such as computers and phones.
