Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Supervisor at our Al-Kuwait location you will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the store or department such as scheduling staff members’ shifts, measuring employee performance against set targets, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with customers or clients. You will also be responsible for making sure staffs are trained in proper safety protocols as well as keeping up with industry trends to ensure the store remains profitable.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience working as a supervisor is preferred but we are willing to consider candidates with no experience who can demonstrate leadership capabilities and have the willingness to learn on the job. Additionally you must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while staying organized at all times.
