Secretary job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in order to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
The main duties of the Secretary include: scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing the office layout, ordering stationery, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, the Secretary must be able to work with other departments and provide assistance when needed.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Previous experience with foreign cultures is highly desired but not required.
The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month with additional benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation time. We are also open to considering a foreigner for this position.
